Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator works closely with the sales team to ensure smooth administrative operations, accurate data entry, and effective client communication while supporting internal coordination and sales performance tracking.
Schedule
Monday to Friday
8-hour shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Compensation
Annual salary of $55,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
Enter sales representatives’ paperwork into internal systems
Coordinate setup and installation of new customer accounts
Maintain sales files and documentation according to company policies
Administer and manage internal sales commission data
Respond to RFPs following internal procedures
Liaise with internal teams to resolve service issues or complaints
Provide client-facing support and distribute feedback
Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks
Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities
Critical and logical thinking skills
Salesforce experience considered an asset
