Role Overview:
The Real Estate Sales Representative will guide seniors and families through downsizing and estate settlement, offering full real estate services while coordinating with partner professionals and building meaningful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide seniors and families through downsizing and estate settlement journeys.
Provide full real estate services (listing, buying, selling, retirement living transitions).
Coordinate with partner professionals to deliver all-inclusive support.
Advocate and educate clients using company systems to reduce stress and overwhelm.
Build deep, meaningful relationships beyond the transaction.
Qualifications:
Active Real Estate License in Ontario or in the process of completing licensing.
Experience in people-first, care-centric roles (healthcare, social work, retirement care, estate planning).
Compassion, patience, and exceptional communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a relationship-based, service-first business model.
Values integrity, education, and trust.
Salary Period:
Commission-based (annual earnings potential $53,250 – $273,866.49)
Compensation:
Commission-based with unlimited earning potential.
