Role Overview
The Intermediate/Senior Claims Adjuster actively manages claims while identifying business development opportunities. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and analytical abilities to manage a dynamic claims portfolio efficiently.
Licenses & Certifications
Eligibility for Level 1 Adjuster’s License in Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities
Adjust claims professionally, either on-site or remotely as required.
Maintain a dynamic portfolio and ensure efficient file management.
Investigate and analyze claim information, drawing valid conclusions.
Interpret complex legal and numerical documents.
Provide timely and effective customer service.
Handle conflict or difficult situations with strong interpersonal skills.
Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, adapting style to audience.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of relevant claims adjusting experience.
Must be eligible for a Level 1 Adjuster’s License in Saskatchewan.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Advanced written and oral communication skills, including interviewing and negotiating.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
