Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish high-quality photo, video, and written content for all social platforms

Collaborate with Organic Social and Design teams to align content with campaigns and brand messaging

Stay updated on social trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats

Manage content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules

Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights

Brainstorm creative ideas to strengthen brand storytelling and community engagement

Ensure all content meets brand, compliance, and quality standards
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
-
2–4 years of experience creating social media content for consumer brands (wellness/lifestyle preferred)
-
Strong skills in short-form video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)

Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Canva
-
Understanding of platform algorithms, engagement strategies, and audience behavior
-
Strong visual storytelling, copywriting, and organizational skills
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
