What You’ll Do:

Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, building impactful features and systems

Design and develop platform components using modern software development practices

Collaborate with the AI/ML team on automation and compliance projects

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team standups

Diagnose, debug, and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment

Learn new tools, frameworks, and engineering concepts to grow in the role
What We’re Looking For:

Strong grounding in Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures and software architecture

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Curious and proactive approach to learning new technologies and frameworks

Hands-on experience through personal projects, coursework, or internships

Enrollment in a Computer Science or related degree program
Preferred Qualifications:

Progress toward or completion of a Bachelor’s degree

Around one year of programming experience (classes, projects, hackathons, or prior work)

Approximately one year of web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks, or backend technologies)
