Role & Responsibilities

Respond to and triage technical support requests from client engineers

Follow internally developed support processes and workflows

Investigate issues using client tools and correlate them with release events or code rollouts

Analyze logs and system data to identify root causes and responsible teams

Apply basic debugging techniques and document findings clearly

Escalate issues to appropriate engineering teams when required

Develop basic tools and test cases to improve the speed and quality of support

Collaborate with technical writers to enhance technical documentation
