Responsibilities

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of complex software systems

Make high-level design decisions and guide coding standards and development methodologies

Test, debug, and resolve issues to ensure high-quality deliverables

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Ensure adherence to best practices, performance, security, and accessibility standards

Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Skills, Competencies & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

7+ years of professional experience in WordPress development
-
Strong expertise in modern PHP and WordPress architecture
-
Proficient in React.js and modern JavaScript practices
-
Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress Block Editor (Gutenberg)

Strong experience with MySQL

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments

Proven ability to build accessible, high-performance websites

Comfortable working in Linux-based environments

Self-motivated, transparent, and accountable

Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
