Key Responsibilities
-
Define, deploy, and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform across dev, staging, and production environments
-
Implement and maintain containerized applications with Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes
-
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
-
Manage AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk, Load Balancers, Autoscaling Groups)
-
Ensure secure API integration and implement AWS WAF for application security
-
Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues
-
Monitor performance, optimize resources, and maintain uptime
-
Apply cloud-agnostic design principles and knowledge of other cloud providers
Required Skills & Experience
-
Expertise in Terraform, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS services
-
Proficiency with Git/Bitbucket, networking, routing, and troubleshooting in cloud environments
-
Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus)
-
Strong accountability, multitasking, and ability to deliver high-quality projects on time
Bonus Skills
-
Linux administration, virtualization, Python/Node.js/.NET scripting
-
Ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow)
-
AWS Transit Gateway, Control Tower, Account Factory
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
-
7+ years as DevOps Engineer / AWS Solutions Architect or similar role
-
Strong communication skills and team collaboration
