Role Overview:
The SDR will focus on lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting for US & Canadian bookkeeping and accounting clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect clients in US & Canadian markets.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Understand client needs in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax, and financial reporting.
• Meet lead generation and appointment targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–2 years as SDR/BDR/Sales Executive in bookkeeping or accounting services.
• Knowledge of US & Canadian accounting services.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience across US/Canada time zones.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and fast-paced work ready.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience selling bookkeeping, payroll, tax, AR/AP, or financial reporting services.
• Experience in BPO, KPO, or accounting service firms.
• Knowledge of lead generation tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
