Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative will identify leads, initiate outbound communication via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and nurture prospects through the sales cycle. You will work closely with account executives to schedule deep-dive meetings and demos for qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct discovery calls to communicate the company value proposition.
Reach out to prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn messaging.
Research decision-makers and understand business requirements.
Schedule demos and follow-ups for qualified leads.
Track all interactions and progress in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead engagement and conversion strategies.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–2 years of experience in sales development or business development roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Compensation
$50,000–$60,000 per year + commission
