Role Overview:
The AI Personalization Specialist will work closely with data science and product teams to build intelligent recommendation systems that enhance user journeys across web and mobile platforms. You will develop models that personalize destinations, accommodations, offers, and itineraries for global travelers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize AI-driven recommendation engines for travel personalization.
• Analyze user behavior, travel patterns, and platform interactions.
• Train machine learning models using structured and unstructured travel data.
• Collaborate with product teams to embed personalization across key features.
• Run A/B experiments to evaluate model performance and user engagement.
• Develop data pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Document model architecture, design decisions, and performance metrics.
• Work with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• 2–5 years of experience in machine learning, personalization systems, or recommendation algorithms.
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of travel behavior modeling or user-segmentation techniques.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
