Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for installation, troubleshooting, and escalated issues.

  • Collaborate with Clinical Support and National Technical Support teams to resolve complex problems.

  • Review and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and Field Service Memos.

  • Support Beta testing and installation of new products; monitor field system performance and image quality.

  • Conduct on-the-job training, mentoring, and local technical seminars for FSEs.

  • Perform site audits, monitor service alerts, and escalate issues as needed.

  • Participate in technical conference calls and support zone service marketing efforts.

  • Travel up to 50% within the assigned region.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • 5–7 years field technical support experience in X-Ray/Vascular modalities.

  • Bachelor's degree (BSEE or related) or equivalent experience.

  • Applications knowledge and troubleshooting skills for imaging systems.

  • Valid driver’s license and residence in Central Time Zone.

  • Strong internal/external collaboration and communication skills.

Salary Info (Optional):

$96,000 – $155,200 annually (DOE)
