Role Overview:
The Learning Content Development Manager will oversee the creation of high-quality digital courses, interactive modules, and assessment tools that align with educational standards. This leadership role requires coordinating with subject matter experts, designers, and the engineering team to ensure EduBright’s content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for digital delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead content strategy and oversee end-to-end development of e-learning courses.
• Collaborate with subject experts to ensure academic accuracy and relevancy.
• Supervise instructional designers, writers, and multimedia developers.
• Implement quality assurance measures for course design and assessments.
• Develop curriculum maps, learning objectives, and evaluation rubrics.
• Optimize content for LMS platforms, virtual classrooms, and multimedia delivery.
• Review analytics data to improve learner engagement and outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with educational frameworks and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in digital curriculum or instructional design.
• Strong understanding of e-learning pedagogy, Bloom’s taxonomy, and assessment design.
• Experience working with LMS platforms and authoring tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills.
