Position Summary:
Support Jobber’s users through live chat, phone, and email, helping them with features, workflows, troubleshooting, and feedback while maintaining high service standards.
Primary Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries across Jobber’s ecosystem
Troubleshoot product issues and provide solutions
Maintain high productivity across channels
Relay customer feedback to product and technical teams
Document FAQs, feedback, and recommendations
Required Qualifications:
1+ year contact centre or customer support experience
Agile and adaptable problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Empathy and customer-focused mindset
Comfortable with technology, cloud software, and touch typing
Professional Experience:
1+ year in customer support or contact centre environment
Salary / Compensation:
$50,000–$67,600/year
