Drive cross-functional collaboration for successful product delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute product vision for itineraries (templated & user-generated)
Align strategy with platform goals and customer needs
Roadmap & Planning
Build and maintain product roadmap
Prioritize features by impact, market opportunity, and user value
Product Requirements
Create product briefs and detailed requirements
Translate requirements into epics and user stories
Performance & Metrics
Define and track OKRs and KPIs
Use insights for continuous product improvement
Stakeholder Management
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and travel vendors
Align expectations across clients and partners
Risk & Process Improvement
Identify risks and propose mitigation plans
Improve PM processes and documentation standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Technology, Hospitality, or Travel-related)
5+ years of Product Management experience
Experience in travel tech, hospitality, retail, or e-commerce preferred
B2B platform or travel industry experience is an asset
Product or travel technology certifications are a plus
Required Skills:
Strong storytelling and stakeholder influence
Data-driven mindset (SQL, Mixpanel, analytics tools)
AI fluency for workflow and product enhancement
Clear communication across technical and non-technical teams
Customer discovery and user feedback synthesis
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
