Role Overview:
The EdTech Operations Executive will assist in managing operational workflows, providing customer support, and coordinating with product and engineering teams. This role is essential for ensuring smooth onboarding, troubleshooting, and platform adoption for schools and training centers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day management of LMS and virtual classroom operations.
• Support onboarding and training for new institutional clients.
• Provide customer support and resolve user issues in coordination with technical teams.
• Monitor platform performance, user activity, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with sales, content, and engineering teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Assist in implementing new operational improvements and workflows.
• Prepare weekly dashboards and performance summaries.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, EdTech, or a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer success, or platform support.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to analyze data and create structured reports.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and basic technical troubleshooting.
