Job Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency. Conduct time and motion studies. Support production planning and capacity analysis. Identify process gaps and recommend improvement initiatives. Coordinate with production teams to implement best practices and achieve operational targets.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (BSc Industrial Engineering). 2–3 years of relevant industrial engineering experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
