Role Overview:
The Fleet Electrification Software Product Manager will own the roadmap for ChargeFleet’s fleet software products, ensuring features align with customer needs, regulatory standards, and EV operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define product strategy and roadmap for fleet electrification software.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features.
• Translate fleet operator needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Manage product releases, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• Analyze usage data to improve charging optimization and cost efficiency tools.
• Ensure software compliance with energy and EV regulations.
• Conduct customer demos and gather market feedback.
• Support go-to-market initiatives with sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or Technology Management.
• 4–6 years of experience in software product management.
• Familiarity with EV fleets, mobility platforms, or energy software preferred.
• Experience working with SaaS dashboards and operational analytics tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and product timelines.
