Role Overview:
The Learning Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle of EduSphere’s digital learning tools, from ideation and design to development, deployment, and evaluation. This role involves collaborating with engineering, design, content, and education teams to ensure products meet pedagogical standards and deliver exceptional learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for learning solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content specialists.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from educators, students, and stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance, user engagement, and learning outcomes.
• Conduct market research to inform feature enhancements and innovation.
• Collaborate on AI-based assessment and personalized learning features.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to track success and product impact.
• Maintain documentation, product specifications, and release notes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Product Management, Business, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech or digital learning.
• Understanding of instructional design, virtual learning, and AI-based education tools.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools.
• Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.
