Role Overview:
The Business Admin Co-op supports the tax team with assembling tax returns, preparing CRA documents, and managing client communications during the Winter 2026 term.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble Canadian personal, corporate, and US personal tax returns
Prepare and track CRA documents and submissions
Support client communications, follow-ups, and portal navigation
Organize working papers and manage document handling
Assist with engagement letters, client setup, and internal support tasks
Handle mail, shipments, and backup reception duties as required
Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with CCH Axcess Tax or TaxPrep is a bonus
Willingness to learn new software and systems
What We Offer:
Hourly pay of $19.23
On-site co-op opportunity (Winter 2026: Jan 16 – April 30)
