Job Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients through Upwork and Fiverr. Write and submit customized, high-quality proposals and bids. Handle end-to-end client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management. Generate B2B leads using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Coordinate with internal teams to close deals, maintain lead pipelines, track conversions, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development with success on Upwork and/or Fiverr. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage targets, and negotiate effectively. Basic understanding of digital or IT services is a plus.
