Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, pitching branding and digital marketing services, building long-term client relationships, negotiating contracts, closing deals, conducting market research, collaborating with internal teams, representing the company at industry events, and preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5+ years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in an advertising or digital agency), strong understanding of advertising and digital marketing services, excellent sales and negotiation skills, strong communication and networking abilities, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, and an existing client network will be an advantage.
