Job Description:
The Business Developer will be responsible for generating qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other digital platforms. The role includes creating personalized proposals and outreach messages, optimizing online profiles, managing lead pipelines, tracking campaign performance, preparing weekly reports, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and content teams.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach and digital prospecting tools

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and outreach workflows

• Excellent communication, copywriting, and analytical skills

• Knowledge of social media campaigns and engagement strategies

• Familiarity with SaaS products, software services, or IT outsourcing
