Role Overview:
The Program Manager will join the Commercial Excellence Program Management Office (CE PMO) and lead high-impact, cross-functional programs focused on simplifying, standardizing, and modernizing commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic programs from initiation through execution
Drive cross-functional collaboration across business functions
Translate business strategy into actionable program plans
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and benefits realization
Champion process simplification and automation-ready outcomes
Establish governance, operating rhythms, and communication plans
Monitor performance using KPIs (cycle time, quality, CX, financials)
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required
Advanced degree or PMP certification preferred
10+ years of progressive program or portfolio management experience
Experience leading large-scale commercial transformation initiatives
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
Skills & Competencies:

Compensation:
Ontario, Canada base salary range:
CAD $106,000 – $156,000 per year
Base pay determined by experience, skills, and internal equity
Eligible for annual bonus based on performance
