Lead a large-scale, multi-business unit transformation program
Ensure delivery of sustainable business outcomes
Provide governance, structure, and strategic alignment
Support leadership decision-making across complex initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Translate business goals into measurable program objectives
Lead program governance, steering committees, and reporting
Identify and mitigate business risks and dependencies
Balance resource and budget priorities across workstreams
Provide executive decision support and insights
Document risks, opportunities, and business impacts
Ensure alignment with business case and transformation vision
Qualifications
7+ years of program or project management experience
Experience in large-scale or multi-business unit transformations
PMP and/or PgMP certification
Strong business and strategic acumen
Expertise in governance, risk, and benefits realization
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Experience with structured tools (RAID, RACI, charters, financial tracking)
