We're hiring for Community Manager Interns who will grow and build our newly launched discord community. This role includes:
1. Community Growth & Conversion
- Drive relevant users (college students, casual gamers, ai enthusiasts) to join our Discord.
- Execute outreach via gaming communities, micro-influencers, Reddit, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
- Promote Plutus.gg events, features, and game creation tools.
2. Engagement & Activation
- Increase daily activity and conversation in Discord (e.g., prompts, polls, mini-contests).
- Encourage creators to build games/suggest ideas on Plutus.gg.
- Motivate players to play with friends and share their game/tournament codes.
3. Feedback Building
- Collect player and creator feedback.
- Give feedback on new releases, suggest inputs and new activations.
Weekly Deliverables
- Bring 10–40 qualified new users to Discord
- Host or help host 1–2 community engagements (events, mini-games, polls)
- Maintain daily activity (moderation + chats + engagement prompts)
Monthly Earnings
- $200–$250/month — base performer payout
- Up to $1000/month — high performers driving strong conversions & engagement (above weekly deliverable targets)
- No cap on conversions — earn more by bringing in quality, relevant users
- Payment Formula: Based on a weighted scoring system
- New Discord conversions (qualified users)
- Engagement metrics (chats, participation, retention)
- Activity-based contributions (events, challenges, moderation)
Internship Structure
- 3-6 Months, based in United States, Remote Model, with target based work.
*We will also be providing a certificate of completion upon internship end date and a letter for required number of hours for college programs if needed".
