We are looking for two Country Growth Partners for the US to drive revenue and adoption. This is a commission-based role with high upside, built for someone who can open doors, build partnerships, and move fast.
What you will do
- Win pilot and paid customers (companies, staffing firms, recruiting agencies)
- Build a partner network of recruiters and affiliates
- Run outbound and LinkedIn-based growth campaigns
- Manage the pipeline from first contact to closed deal
- Collect market feedback and help refine our US offer
Who you are
- Strong network in recruiting, staffing, HR, or B2B sales in the US
- Comfortable with cold outreach and deal making
- Clear communicator, reliable follow-through
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in HR-tech, SaaS, staffing, or lead gen is a plus
Compensation
Commission-based, with uncapped earnings. You earn a very high percentage of every deal you bring in, with no ceiling. Full commission structure is shared with qualified candidates.
