Role Summary:
Support daily administrative operations including scheduling, communications, and document management, ensuring smooth workflow in both office and remote settings.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with daily administrative tasks and office operations
Coordinate schedules and support team communications
Manage emails, phone calls, and documentation
Organize records and maintain office systems
Support remote work logistics and equipment setup

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
English proficiency required
Previous administrative experience preferred

Professional Experience:
2 to 3 years in administrative or office support roles, or equivalent experience
