Position Summary:
Detect, prevent, and respond to fraudulent activity while providing support and advisory services to members and clients. Monitor operational risks and improve security office procedures.
Primary Duties:
Analyze and compile suspicious transaction data
Advise members and clients on fraud prevention
Build advisory relationships and identify client needs
Support fraud victims and ensure satisfaction with service
Identify operational risks and improve processes
Maintain high service quality and adherence to standards
Required Qualifications:
College diploma in relevant field
1+ year relevant experience (or equivalent combination of training and experience)
Knowledge of French and advanced English proficiency
Availability for occasional office visits and flexible work hours
Professional Experience:
1+ year in fraud prevention, client service, or related roles
Salary / Compensation:
From $25.76/hour
