Role Overview
The Operations Specialist supports Chrome Enterprise ordering by managing leads, resolving order issues, coordinating with sales and partners, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.
Key Responsibilities
Act as ordering lifecycle expert for Chrome Enterprise products
Support deal closures with sales teams, partners, and resellers
Resolve issues with new, upsell, renewal orders, and trials
Maintain lead and opportunity data accuracy
Route and manage qualified leads within Salesforce
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Track order status and communicate updates
Identify system issues and escalate when needed
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and multitasking ability
Experience in fast-paced operational environments
Customer service background
Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace tools
