Role Overview:
As a Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of clinical programs and deployments of MedVision AI solutions across healthcare environments. You will coordinate communication with clinicians, track project timelines, assist in pilot programs, and handle administrative and operational tasks required for successful clinical integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate clinical project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
• Support deployment of AI diagnostic systems in hospitals and clinics.
• Serve as a liaison between clinicians, radiologists, engineers, and project managers.
• Collect user feedback and system performance insights during pilot testing.
• Prepare clinical reports, documentation packets, and update logs.
• Maintain compliance records related to healthcare regulations.
• Assist in onboarding clinical partners and training medical staff.
• Handle day-to-day administrative operations related to clinical programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in clinical coordination, healthcare admin, or medical support roles.
• Understanding of diagnostic workflows or hospital operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with health data systems or AI healthcare tools is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple clinical projects simultaneously.
