Role Overview
Provide high-level executive and professional support to the CEO. Manage schedules, projects, communications, and act as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders. Requires discretion, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.
Organize and maintain files and documents.
Conduct research for projects and track progress.
Handle calls and correspondence professionally.
Act as primary contact for internal and external inquiries.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of executive/admin support experience.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Professional appearance, reliability, and discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
Schedule & Shift
8-hour day shift
Monday to Friday
