Position Summary

Main Duties
Manage employer partner relationships
Support clients in using AI and HR tech tools
Track performance and client feedback
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client success
Represent the company professionally in communications
Requirements
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Familiarity with software products and SaaS environments
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Experience in business development or client servicing preferred
