Role Overview
Manage and support clients from project kickoff through website or ticket portal launch. Act as a client coach and point of contact, ensuring smooth onboarding, training, and long-term success on the Saffire platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clients through website/ticket portal setup, launch, and training

  • Guide layout, design, branding, sitemap, ecommerce, and ticketing decisions

  • Host weekly video calls to review progress and best practices

  • Manage project timelines and keep clients on track

  • Explain technical topics: domains, SEO, ADA compliance, analytics

  • Provide ongoing support via email, chat, and phone

  • Conduct retention calls and identify upsell opportunities

  • Occasional weekend support and travel as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills

  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented

  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable on video calls

  • Problem-solver with ability to learn software quickly

  • Willingness to travel across North America
