Role Overview
Manage and support clients from project kickoff through website or ticket portal launch. Act as a client coach and point of contact, ensuring smooth onboarding, training, and long-term success on the Saffire platform.
Key Responsibilities

Lead clients through website/ticket portal setup, launch, and training

Guide layout, design, branding, sitemap, ecommerce, and ticketing decisions

Host weekly video calls to review progress and best practices

Manage project timelines and keep clients on track

Explain technical topics: domains, SEO, ADA compliance, analytics

Provide ongoing support via email, chat, and phone

Conduct retention calls and identify upsell opportunities

Occasional weekend support and travel as needed
Qualifications

Strong communication and client-facing skills

Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented

Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable on video calls

Problem-solver with ability to learn software quickly

Willingness to travel across North America
