Role Overview
Commission-based Sales Representative responsible for generating leads, promoting the platform, and enrolling teams, associations, and individual athletes using digital and social channels.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads via email, calls, LinkedIn, and social media
Meet sales targets
Build and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with core sales team
Present GameFace platform benefits to clients
Maintain client database/CRM (Hubspot preferred)
Provide customer support to maximize satisfaction
Promote platform through social media campaigns
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED minimum
1–3 years of sales experience preferred
Experience in sports, streaming/video technology, or digital platforms is a plus
Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Schedule
Flexible; 2–45 hours per week depending on commission goals and effort
Compensation
Commission-based: $1,000–$150,000 per year, plus bonuses for team, VIP, and association sign-ups; uncapped earnings potential
