Role Overview:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus on outbound lead generation and qualification for ERP solutions. The role is dedicated to pipeline development, while deal closures will be handled by the Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to potential business clients.
• Identify decision-makers and qualify ERP requirements.
• Generate and share qualified leads with the sales team.
• Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in cold calling or inside sales (ERP or IT preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of ERP or SaaS solutions.
