Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions for personalization, adaptive learning, sentiment analysis, and performance tracking

• Integrate AI into existing platforms, dashboards, and operational workflows

• Build and optimize data pipelines for real-time insights and predictive analytics

• Collaborate with product, instructional design, and business teams to embed AI into user experiences

• Establish AI standards for usability, accessibility, security, and compliance

• Oversee testing, UAT, performance, and system integrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in AI product development (EdTech, HR tech, or SaaS preferred)

• Strong skills in NLP, machine learning, and conversational AI

• Experience with APIs, cloud-based AI services, and web/mobile applications

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred

• AI-first and entrepreneurial mindset

• Experience with adaptive learning systems or AI simulations

• Passion for ethical AI, human-centered design, and learning innovation
