Overview
We’re looking for a Webflow-focused developer to rebuild and migrate our website into Webflow while seamlessly integrating it with our existing Node.js backend. You’ll own performance, SEO, accessibility, and production-quality delivery in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Rebuild and migrate the existing website to Webflow with clean structure and CMS setup

• Improve maintainability so marketing can iterate without engineering bottlenecks

• Integrate Webflow with Node.js backend (APIs, forms, scheduling, webhooks, auth-aware flows)

• Ensure best practices for SEO, analytics, accessibility, and performance

• Implement tracking and event instrumentation for funnel performance

• Set up deployment workflows, documentation, and long-term site stability

Required Skills

• Strong Webflow experience (responsive layouts, CMS, components, interactions)

• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js knowledge

• Experience integrating Webflow with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party services

• Comfortable with Git/GitHub and cross-functional collaboration

• Ability to debug issues across frontend and backend

Nice to Have

• React / Next.js experience

• Auth patterns (JWT, OAuth, sessions)

• Strong SEO and performance optimization (Core Web Vitals)

• Analytics & conversion tracking (GA4, Segment, PostHog)

• Startup experience
