Role Overview:
As a Principal Quality System Manager, you will define, implement, and maintain ISO 9001-compliant quality systems, facilitate regulatory and customer audits, and ensure alignment with executive management expectations. You will act as the organization’s authority on quality matters and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the definition, planning, and implementation of quality management systems.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and documentation.
• Facilitate regulatory and customer audits, including follow-up actions.
• Monitor initiatives and compliance with operational standards.
• Promote collaboration, ensure quality output, and support executive management.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years managing quality systems and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Experience facilitating audits and addressing follow-ups.
• Bachelor’s in life sciences preferred.
• Familiarity with SDLC, MS Office, SharePoint, Jira.
• Strong communication, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance/GxP is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and with global teams.
Compensation:
Base salary: $120,000 – $140,000 CAD (actual offer based on experience and skills).
