Role Overview:
You will manage regional sales operations, develop new business, and promote industrial packaging and automation solutions with a strong focus on food manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new customers across the Midwest region.
• Sell packaging machinery and automation solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams.
• Represent the company at meetings and industry events.
• Maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of industrial or technical sales experience.
• Background in automation, machinery, or manufacturing preferred.
• Food industry experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and territory management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
