Role Overview:
The Risk Management & Access Control Specialist III manages access controls and risk processes to protect enterprise assets and ensure compliance across global systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for ARM operations in the Global GSST Team.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Maintain access management documentation and enforce standards.
• Manage risk reduction activities (terminations, leaves, etc.).
• Develop and document access risk management practices.
• Implement robust access controls and scalable tools.
• Troubleshoot system dependencies and provide solutions.
• Advise partners on risk mitigation and compliance initiatives.
• Support SLA reporting and rotational on-call access resolution.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years in access control management.
• Knowledge of physical identity access management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and onboarding/offboarding skills.
• Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work across time zones.
Preferred:
• Global badge program experience.
• CCURE system knowledge.
• Familiarity with analytical tools and security stacks.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
