Job Role
Design, build, and deploy data-driven and AI-enabled solutions to solve complex business problems across marketing, underwriting, and claims.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain predictive, prescriptive, and diagnostic analytical models
Apply machine learning, data mining, and statistical modeling techniques
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
Create data visualizations and dashboards for business stakeholders
Build and deploy models into production environments with IT teams
Monitor model performance, perform refreshes, and maintain documentation
Requirements
Hands-on experience with predictive modeling techniques (GLM, time series, survival models, etc.)
Proficiency in SQL and enterprise-scale databases (SQL, SAS)
Experience with Python, R, or Java
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Spotfire
Experience with model lifecycle management and deployment
Knowledge of Git or version control systems is a plus
Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) preferred
