Role Overview:
As a Clinical Data Analyst, you will work with medical imaging datasets, clinical histories, and AI model outputs to ensure diagnostic precision and system reliability. Your role supports the research, validation, and continuous improvement of MedVision AI’s flagship clinical decision-support tools.


Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze medical datasets including imaging, lab results, and structured hospital data.
• Validate AI-generated diagnostic predictions and flag edge-case failures.
• Develop data-cleaning workflows and annotation guidelines.
• Work closely with clinicians to interpret findings and refine AI decision pathways.
• Prepare data reports and dashboards for internal and regulatory use.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHIPA, and clinical data privacy standards.
• Contribute to research papers, validation studies, and product improvements.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Health Informatics, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience working with medical datasets (DICOM, EHR, PACS).
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows or diagnostic processes.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts related to healthcare.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
