Key Responsibilities

• Concept and create organic & paid social content (video + static)

• Help define and evolve the brand’s social voice

• Stay ahead of social trends and platform best practices

• Build and execute social growth strategies across key platforms

• Analyze performance and optimize content using data insights

• Support DTC digital needs (website graphics, landing pages, email creative)

Required Experience & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience leading social and digital content

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and motion design tools

• Experience with organic & paid social strategy and creative

• Strong understanding of social platforms and user behavior

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

• Background with PE or VC-backed companies
