What You’ll Do

Execute content based on provided creative briefs and direction

Produce high-volume, high-quality static, carousel, motion, and short-form video content

Edit short-form videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (pacing, captions, formatting)

Write clear, engaging short-form copy aligned with brand voice
-
Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, generative image/video tools) to support content creation
-
Adapt, schedule, and publish content across platforms
-
Support community engagement through comments and messages when needed
-
Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and best practices
-
Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate efficiently
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of hands-on content creation experience
-
Ability to execute quickly without compromising quality
-
Strong understanding of content performance across major social platforms
-
Advanced skills in Canva, CapCut, Figma, Final Cut Pro (or similar tools)
-
Experience using AI-powered creative tools (Midjourney, generative media tools)
-
Strong visual taste, attention to detail, and social-first writing skills
-
Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently
-
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end content creation and execution
