Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish photo, video, and written content for social platforms, maintaining brand tone and visual identity.

• Collaborate with Organic Social Manager and Design team to align content with campaigns and messaging.

• Stay updated on social trends, platform changes, and emerging formats to keep content relevant and high-performing.

• Maintain content calendars and consistent posting cadence.

• Track performance metrics and refine content strategies based on insights.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to strengthen brand storytelling and community engagement.

• Ensure all content adheres to compliance and brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

• 2–4 years creating social media content for consumer brands, preferably in wellness, lifestyle, or performance nutrition.

• Proficient in short-form video production (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva).

• Strong understanding of social platform algorithms, engagement strategies, and audience behavior.

• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.

• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
