Key Responsibilities
On-Site Merchandising & Operations:
Manage end-to-end execution of site content, merchandising, and promotions on Shopify (fatty15.com)
Support product launches, lifecycle campaigns, subscription offers, and ongoing site maintenance
Ensure pricing, promotions, subscriptions, and messaging are accurate and consistent
Lifecycle & Performance Landing Pages:
Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing and Growth teams to create and maintain landing pages
Translate lifecycle strategy into conversion-focused on-site experiences
Support segmentation-driven messaging and offer testing
A/B Testing & Optimization:
Execute approved A/B tests on core site pages, PDPs, and landing pages
Implement test variations and monitor performance metrics
Iterate on learnings with stakeholders
Site Governance, QA & Compliance:
Ensure all site content is accurate, compliant, and on-brand across devices and browsers
Conduct thorough QA before and after launches
Partner with Customer Experience to resolve on-site friction
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor key metrics including conversion rate, funnel drop-off, and page performance
Identify optimization opportunities based on data and customer behavior
Share insights with Lifecycle Marketing and leadership
Qualifications:
4–6 years managing or optimizing DTC/e-commerce websites
Strong Shopify experience
Experience with lifecycle marketing or customer journey initiatives
Hands-on CRO, A/B testing, and site optimization experience
Detail-oriented with strong QA skills
Preferred: subscription-based products, health/wellness/C…PG experience, basic HTML/CSS/Liquid, analytics/UX tools (GA4, Hotjar)
