Job Role
Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered automation systems by building conversational AI agents and integrating them with CRM and workflow automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy AI-powered automation workflows for marketing, sales, and operations
Build and manage voice and text AI agents using Retell.ai and similar platforms
Integrate AI agents with Go High Level for CRM automation and client communication
Create workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n
Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize automation systems
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams
Stay updated with emerging AI automation tools and trends
Document automation processes, integrations, and architectures
Requirements
Proven experience with Retell.ai, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, and n8n
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, REST, and JSON
Experience building voice and chat AI agents
Ability to integrate AI agents with CRMs and communication tools
Familiarity with OpenAI or other LLM integrations
Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python is a plus
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
