Responsibilities

Identify manual workflows and implement automation and AI-powered solutions

Build and maintain API integrations and orchestrations (Zapier, n8n, etc.)

Develop dashboards, monitoring, and alerting for process visibility

Collaborate with engineering and vendors for scalable solutions

Document processes, create training materials, and drive adoption

Measure impact: time saved, error reduction, productivity improvements
Requirements

4+ years in automation, technical operations, or business intelligence

Proficient in Python, SQL, API integration, AI, and workflow automation tools

Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, orchestration platforms, and cloud-based workflows

Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
