Job Role
Develop and maintain efficient data systems, integrate multiple data sources, and support analytics and business intelligence initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable data pipelines for efficient processing
Integrate multiple data sources while ensuring consistency and reliability
Optimize database structures for performance and storage efficiency
Collaborate with analysts to convert business requirements into technical solutions
Implement data validation and quality assurance processes
Ensure data security compliance and protect sensitive information
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues within defined timelines
Document data processes and provide technical system support
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience in data development or related roles
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and database management systems
Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities
